Public Offer Agreement for the Provision of Informational and Practical Services
This document constitutes a public offer agreement and governs the relationship between the Service Provider and the Client in connection with the provision of informational and practical services in the field of spiritual, esoteric, and energy.
Payment for services, booking a session, or submitting a request through the website, messengers, or other communication channels constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer Agreement.
1. General Provisions1.1. The Service Provider offers services in the form of individual sessions, practices, mentoring, and other informational interactions.
1.2. Services are provided remotely via online platforms, messengers, or other mutually agreed communication methods.
1.3. The Client is any person who has paid for a service and/or submitted a request through the website, messenger, or any other agreed communication channel.
2. Nature of Services2.1. The Service Provider’s services relate to spiritual, esoteric, informational and practices services.
2.2. The services do not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, psychological, legal, financial, or any other licensed professional activity.
2.3. All practices, recommendations, and interpretations are individual, subjective, and intangible in nature.
2.4. Results from sessions depend on many factors, including personal perception, internal readiness, consistency of practice, and the individual characteristics of the Client.
2.5. The Service Provider does not guarantee any specific outcome, condition, event, life change, relationship result, health improvement, financial result, or any other expected outcome.
2.6. Different Clients may require different numbers of sessions to achieve desired changes.
3. Payment and Refund Policy3.1. The cost of services is indicated on the website, in correspondence, or communicated separately to the Client.
3.2. Payment confirms the reservation of the Service Provider’s time.
3.3. Payments are non-refundable once made, except in cases where the service cannot be provided due to the fault of the Service Provider.
3.4. In case of lateness by the Client, the session time may be shortened without changing the cost of the service.
3.5. If the Client fails to attend or respond at the scheduled session time without prior notice, the session may be considered completed.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation of Sessions4.1. The Client may reschedule a session by notifying the Service Provider no later than 3 (three) hours before the scheduled time.
4.2. If notice is given less than 3 hours before the session, the Service Provider may consider the session completed.
4.3. The Service Provider may reschedule the session in case of circumstances preventing the meeting, with prior notice to the Client.
4.4. A new date and time for the session shall be agreed upon separately by the parties.
4.5. Both parties agree to respect each other’s time and promptly communicate any changes.
5. Liability of the Parties5.1. The Client independently makes all decisions related to the use of the information, recommendations, and practices received.
5.2. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences related to the Client’s interpretation or use of the information received.
5.3. The Client confirms participation in sessions voluntarily and acknowledges the subjective nature of the services provided.
5.4. The Client confirms that if they have any medical, psychological, emotional, or other conditions requiring professional assistance, they shall independently seek help from an appropriately qualified specialist.
5.5. The Service Provider does not guarantee the occurrence of specific events, including changes in personal life, financial situation, health condition, reconciliation of relationships, employment, removal of negative influences, or any other expected outcomes.
5.6. All decisions made after sessions are the sole responsibility of the Client.
5.7. The Service Provider shall not be liable for the Client’s decisions, actions, or omissions following the provision of services.
5.8. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service prior to the beginning of a session with a refund of the paid amount.
5.9. In cases of aggressive, offensive, manipulative, intrusive, or disrespectful behavior by the Client, the Service Provider reserves the right to terminate interaction without refund.
6. Confidentiality6.1. Information received during sessions shall be considered confidential.
6.2. The Service Provider shall not disclose personal data or session content to third parties except where required by applicable law.
6.3. The Client agrees to the processing of their contact information for communication, scheduling, service delivery, and organizational notifications.
6.4. Organizational communication between the parties may be conducted through messengers, social media, and email.
6.5. Materials, audio recordings, video recordings, and session content are intended solely for the personal use of the Client and may not be distributed, published, or transferred to third parties without the written consent of the Service Provider.
7. International Nature of Services7.1. Services may be provided to clients from various countries worldwide.
7.2. The Client is solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own country regarding the permissibility of receiving such services.
7.3. In all matters not regulated by this Offer Agreement, the parties shall be governed by the applicable laws of the country of registration of the Service Provider.
7.4. Services are provided only to persons over 18 years of age.
8. Final Provisions8.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Offer Agreement without prior notice.
8.2. The current version of the Offer Agreement shall always be available on the website.
8.3. Continued use of the website, booking of sessions, or payment for services after amendments to the Offer Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
8.4. The Service Provider shall not be liable for inability to provide services due to force majeure circumstances, communication failures, power outages, technical platform malfunctions, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Service Provider.
